So So Day

I think I did too much over the last couple days because I was a little more tired today than usual. I know my meds and the fact that I'm weighing at 182 now has a lot to do with it, but it seems like by now I would be used to. I also know that I need to get more exercise in, which I am slowly but surely starting to incorporate more of. I am now doing Yoga one day a week due to sore shoulders and hips and it's seeming to work. I didn't think I would even like it since I tried it years ago, but this teacher is good. If you ever need a class for beginners, try The Yoga Center of Columbia with Debbie. She's very patient, but you will work the muscles that need it most. I'm also beginning water aerobics this week as well. Twice a week is what I'm aiming for until I am able to do more on the treadmill. Life is good though. The kids had Homecoming games this week and I had a good time at both. I'm back to work and it's a slow transition back, but I'm glad to be back to business as usual.
